Adding Options For Subscription Items

Hi there!

We're a coffee business hoping to add subscriptions to our offerings. At the moment, we have three different base options that we would like to add sub options to, if possible, to avoid a busy looking and potentially confusing form.

Our base options are the frequency in which the deliveries are made - Monthly, Bi-Weekly, or Weekly. We would like to add the options for a set coffee roaster or a rotating one, as well as the option of two bags per order or one bag per order.

If this is something that is a possibility, please let us know how we could do this!
