Add a text box if check box says "Yes"

    Hello:


    I can't figure out how to add a text box to a "If" scenario.

    IF a checkbox is marked "yes", then I would like a text box to appear that will say "please explain"....I have attached an example.


    I appreciate any help I can get with this.

    It seems you already deleted the form.

    Actually, you can use the SHOW/HIDE field conditions to achieve that. You need to use the Radio field's value as the criteria.

    Here's an example:

    Add a text box if check box says Yes Image 10
