Can JotForm process refunds of payments collected through a form?

I was wondering if JotForm can process refunds of payments collected through a form. And if so, how do I go about processing a refund?

Hello Tiye,

JotForm does not process payment collected through forms.

The payment field in the form is connected to your account with the payment processor. So the payment is processed by the payment processor and not JotForm.

The payment via the forms are received in your payment processor account. To provide refund your will need to log into your payment processor's account and then refund your client.
