    My forms dosnt work

    Wen i create a new form and i will get the iframecode i have a problem.

    The preview tells me the form isnot available for this website.

    I testet it with an old form and i have the same problem.

     

    What can i do?

    Sorry for the inconvenience that may have caused. With regards to the issue, please try to replace your iframe code with this:

    <iframe id="JotFormIFrame" onload="window.parent.scrollTo(0,0)" allowtransparency="true" src="http://www.jotformeu.com/form/30983677384368" frameborder="0" style="width:100%; height:768px; border:none;" scrolling="no"></iframe>

    Thanks – that works

    But i did it the same was with the following form and this dosn´t work



    What ist the problem here?

    Hi,

    The issue is had something to do with your form url which causing the issue. When you get your form iFrame code, it's gives you this "http://german.jotform.com/form/30983677384368" but when I check it using New Incognito feature of Google Chrome, I found out that the correct URL is "http://www.jotformeu.com/form/30983677384368".
