Appointment field: submission deleted but time slot still grayed out on field

    I'm glad I found this question as I have the same problem.   I created a test appointment, then canceled the appointment by deleting the submission, but the canceled appointment remains on my google calendar AND it remained greyed out so no one else can select that time slot.   

    If someone needs to cancel their appointment is it true, the only way to do that is for me to delete the submission record?   And when I do that, should it be removed from my google calendar?

    please help.

    I believe you are referring to the form "201506406880047". I can see that you have deleted the submissions on the form, but few slots still are shown grayed out.

    I cleared your form caches and checked, but there is no change.

    There does seem to be an issue. I am also able to replicate the issue when I cloned and tested your form. After deleting the submissions, the time slots remained grayed out.

    Let me escalate the issue to our back end team for further review. Once there is an update, we'll let you know via this ticket link.

    Regarding your second question: Yes, to free that slot, you will need to delete the submission. But, since there is an issue currently, I have escalated that to our back end team.

    It will not automatically be removed from the Google calendar. You may need to manually delete that to avoid any overlapping.

    OR you can reintegrate Google calendar and it should automatically update.

    Is there a solution to the greyed out time slots that I selected as a test? I deleted the actual submission but the two time slots are still greyed out.

    I think that this issue was resolved. I tested the issue on a new form and when I deleted submissions, the time slots that were grayed out are available. 

    On your forms, the Appointment fields are not shown because of the End Date.  

    Please create a new form and test to see if the issues still persist on your end.
