Extra fields get added on form

I added some fields by duplicating existing ones... but now I have too many fields on my form. The thing is, those extra mystery fields only show up when I am in preview or published view - they don't appear in the build mode. So how do I find them to delete them?

If you look at my form, they are the fields for employer info without a number after them (#1, #2, #3)

Are you referring to these fields?

I was able to view them in the FORM BUILDER. You can just delete them if no longer necessary.

Also, please check these conditions:

It seems you have deleted the fields associated with it. 

The extra fields did not show up in my build view - until I logged out and back in. Now I see them so I'll delete them.

The missing field conditions are a result of me trying to delete the extra fields. I can fix them.
