Support - thanks for a great product. I enjoy using Jotform.

My new small issue is that when I export my submissions, they now download with the extesnion .js rather than (as before) .xls.

    Any reason for thsi change?

I can always rename the file to .xls - but its a small nuisance .

    Best wishes - R

    Hi,

I have tried to download the submissions on your form and I am not able to replicate on the said problem as it was downloaded as a .xls file.

Can you please try to clear your browser's cache and see if you are still having the problem?

    Thank you.
