I have been using Jotform for years and love it but recently I have noticed that some forms have not been sent through to my email. I have 8 form, some more active than others but on examining two, I noticed that I have missed some very important enquiries.
To me this is very serious as I have now lost some big jobs. I want to stay with Jotform but have lost confidence in the service and am in the process of finding alternatives. I don't want to but I may have to.
Any help or suggestions would be gratly appreciated.

I've check your form and it is currently set to send email notification to the email address "vanessa@ad**********.com" which is different from your account email address. Checking our mail logs, I've found some errors that may caused this to happen. You can find the logs here: http://pastebin.com/4hAATQna.
The error says that the email is unknown. Would you please kindly check this email settings, preferably, the limit for this email domain.

That email is functioning fine and the forms do go through sometimes, specially when making tests. Approximately between 5 and 10 enquiries, from 3 different forms, did not go through out of about 150 sent since January. One of these was a wedding photography enquiry that makes me worried that I might miss more from this page: http://algarveweddingphotography.com/contact_algarve_wedding_photography.html
I have read the setup link that you posted and made some modifications. Hopefully this works.
