If I upgrade to Silver Yearly and then downgrade back to Bronze within the 12 months, do you credit the account with the difference?

have an annual Bronze account but need to upgrade to Silver possibly temporarily. If I upgrade to Silver on an annual subscription and then downgrade back to Bronze within the 12 months - do you credit the account with the difference?

Alternatively - if I update to Silver on a monthly subscription - do you issue a credit for the remainder of the annual bronze subscription that I have already paid for?

Thank you for your message. Upon checking you have upgraded to Silver Yearly. If you cancel your subscription, you will be refunded a prorated amount. Please note that you will be charged at the regular monthly price.
