My account is suspended

    Why was my account suspended. We use this form for employment applications and I need to access my recent applications.

    Hi Zach,

    Your account was suspended due to collecting SSN, which is against our terms of use.

    Please take note that in order to collect SSN or other Government Issued ID's you must comply with two things. 

    Mandatory Widgets; 

    1. Add the Terms & Condition Widget (or the Short Scrollable Terms Widget) for users to read and agree.

    2. Add a Signature Widget so your users can sign and agree to provide such sensitive information.

    I have removed the field that collects SSN and reactivated your account. You can add the SSN field once you've added the mandatory widgets.
