Reminder Emails: Possibility to send Quarterly reminders

I'd like to offer two feature suggestions that may be of benefit to a number of your users. 

1) In Email Reminders -> can we add a "quarterly" tab? Right now the options to send reminders are only daily/weekly/monthly. Is it possible for a "custom" or "quarterly" tab to be set where you choose/schedule the dates it gets sent as a reminder? As an example, we need to collect submissions on some of our forms in March, June, September and December. So sending a monthly reminder often deems that notification email to be redundant and our users just end up ignoring. But then also adds another administrative step to manually send the reminders through our own emails.
