Why I am unable to download full pdf but only the print pdf?

So odd enough but I'm having trouble getting full pdf to download but I can get the print pdf file to download.  Is there a setting or something I'm doing wrong?

Are you referring to the form 'CONSENT TO MEDIATE A DISPUTE (CP)' in your account? If so, as I check the in the build mode, the uploaded PDF seems to be corrupted or not uploaded correctly. Please check the form in the edit mode and reupload your original PDF form so that it should be working fine.
