I am hoping to create an online form. My computer skills are limited. i have created a template on Excel.
Would you be able to put that spreadsheet into a format whereby people will login, complete the form and it then sends through or stores somewhere for us to access?
We are a financial services business wanting to gather information from clients pre-meeting.

Hi, Yes You can create a form and Integrate it to a Spreadsheet and you can access it from any where.
Whenever a user/client submits the form, that submission will be saved in your JotForm account. You can access it from any where by login to your JotForm Account.
To, Share the Submissions to Stores you can simply share your Spreadsheet or We are Providing Various Types Of Report Views For your Form Submissions, So you can share your form submissions to others.
Creating a Form with JotForm Form Builder is very easy. Not Much Programming Skills are required. If you need, we are ready to help you with creating your first Forms. For that Please Provide your Excel sheet which you already designed.
Hope this helps you.

I have attached the excel spreadsheet which is a template for what I would
like for an online form.
To at least have it set up in a similar way to the formatting, then if I
can make changes and add/remove dropdown boxes, etc it would be great.
Also, is it possible to embed our Logo into the online form for when the
client is completing it?

Hi Hayden,Good day! Can you please update the thread so we can see it to our Support Forum? We couldn't find the thread using your username. You're probably logged in using Guest Account when posting that.I will also try to come up with the form. Unfortunately, I may not be able to provide the exact output. Will get back to you later today!ThanksRegards,Welvin - Jotform Support________________

Sorry to keep you waiting. I was able to find the file you've mentioned. I am truly sorry to say but the excel form you've provided to us isn't doable in form builder. You may however download your form source code to make all the customization's you want. I would suggest to hire someone to custumize the form for you.
