How do I change e-mail in Email Validator widget?

I have a very serious trouble with one of my forms. For some reason the client could not fillout the form himself. 

So I helped him fill-out  the form in my own computer. I put my email address in the   Email Validator Widget to save him the trouble of helping me with this. 

Now that I sucessfully included all his data I am surprised that I can find a way to change the email in the e-mail validator widget. It seems impossible to do it even in the Sheet tab, what is kind of weird. Why would you  do that??

Are you able to change the email again once you have verified the code?

I am unable to change the email editing the form after the submission.

Unfortunately, you won't be able to edit the email once the form is edited. May we know what issue were the user's experiencing while filling their own email?

Is the form embedded on any website? Were they not receiving the code? Did they check their spam email?

You may replace the widget with the email element if they are experiencing issues filling the form.
