How can I get people to submit form if doing donation payment?

I am not able to submit By Donation Class Form without putting a PayPal amount.  How can I change that?

You mean if you skip the user defined field you are not able to complete the form? I just tried filling your form and I was able to submit it without putting an amount under "All donations will go to our scholarship fund for the black community" field.

Can you please clarify if that's your issue?
