Have I been hacked?

    Dear Jotform

    I was working on form 201597897234872 which froze and I received a visual message saying my account is suspended because I have breached community standards which is of course invalid.

    I hit the button for a review, then was send a six digit code which I entered.   Then I got a message from Facebook wanting to send my driver's licence.  Have I been hacked?

    Please help

    i AM ON A DEADLINE and need to resume work urgently

    I don't think the visual or suspension message is from Jotform. You mentioned that you got a message from Facebook and they request you a driver's license to verify your identity.

    I think it's from Facebook, not Jotform.

    If you can give us a screenshot of the visual message you are referring to then we can confirm whether it is from Jotform or not. Anyway, I checked your account and it is in good standing. It has not been suspended.
