Why my conditional logic in form is not working?

I make a conditional logic in some fields on my form but it's not working. It didn't copy the field it supposed to be copied even if it satisfied the condition. Please note that it is not possible to setup a condition using the same field in the rule and result as well. You may setup the condition as shown below:

You may change the conditions on your form as above so that they should be working fine.
