You don't have permission to view Inbox.

    Out of nowhere, we are getting locked out of viewing our inbox submissions. It says " You don't have permission to view submission". How can I fix this?

    You'll need to have an active session to view the inbox. That means you need to be logged in since you are on HIPAA account.

    I have this same issue even when I'm fully logged in. The inbox shows the same error message whether there are items in the inbox or not. Is there a different login or set up for HIPPA that fixes this?
