Why have you suspended my account?

    my mail id is shevy1880@yahoo.co.in . None of my forms are working. After submitting it says "form disabled, did not pass status check"

    i cannot even log into my account. please fix this asap

    I deeply apologize for this inconvenience. Your form "Test" was suspected to be used for phishing and that's the reason your account was suspended.

    I have deleted this form. I have re-scanned your other forms and found it not to be in violation of JotForm's terms of use.

    thanx for such a prompt action. Your support is really exceptional. I am about to start a Tech Support website Jovats.com(currently jovats.blogspot.com) for that i needed to integrate paypal payment in our website. For those purposes i was trying to create the form "test" just for testing out jotform's payment feature and other new features like facebook login. I do not want to get my account suspended again. Please guide me how can i test the jotform's payments feature's working on my website without getting my form disabled  or my account suspended?

    And can you please make a change in your system to also inform the customer incase his account gets suspended. When my account got suspended i did not know for 2 days that it was not working. If i hadn't logged in today i would have never known. Maybe you can simply drop a mail. This would really help!!

    Whenever an account is auto-suspended, an email is sent to the user. I am not sure how you haven't receive any email.

    Actually, you should not ask for username password, credit card details, no blank question. If you keep these questions in mind, I don't see any reason why your account will be suspended.

    You may also like to upgrade your account as premium account's forms are not suspended without human verification.

    You can create a payment form with all details like user information and product details and integrate with JotForm payment tool.
