My PDFs appear to be unavailable for download

    I cannot seem to download my PDFs when inserting a link into Google Chrome or by using the PDF editor form. I have uploaded a screenshot and provided the URL below.

    Can you please urgently investigate as it is severely damaging customer reporting.

    I tested your PDF editor and the Submissions page for this form (92044853109355). I was able to successfully download PDF submissions.

    I cleared your Form Cache and refreshed your account. Can you please test with different browsers?

    In order to double check, please try to clear cache, cookies and recent history in your browsers and then try again.

    Please apply these simple fixes and let us know, if they help.

    I've tried all of the solutions as suggested by you, however this has not worked. I am experiencing this issue with the following forms:

    Could you please rectify this urgently as this is severely impacting our business. We may need to look at sourcing another provider if this is not fixed by Monday.
