You know what ... the Thankyou page functions are severly limited.
Please bear in mind all my form stuff is mobile ... none desktop....
What I would like to crack is a way to tell the user they've submiited the form and it stays on the 'refreshed' page.
"Put the form url into custom Thankyou redirect" I hear people shout.
Terrible idea ... how does anyone know their form has been successfully submitted. You're asking for trouble by doing this ... users will be confused if the submission takes place. Still it is often suggested ... look here for example: http://www.jotform.com/answers/99618-Is-there-away-to-have-a-form-submitted-without-leaving-the-page
"Why not just go to a thank you page?"
These are pretty terrible too ... the user is now road-blocked ... with a thanks staring them in the face ... they then have to reverse out of the whole thing ..., nightmare on a smartphone.
"Put the url as a return option on the page" ... yeah but ... this just gives the user a pointless extra click .. and load thing ... naaah.
They're all no good for the mobile world in my opinion ... Steve Jobs would have slated the lot of them ...
This is good ..... http://idarktech.com/jotform/popup/test_jotform_popup.html Try on a smartphone ... needs to refresh the page though
Any ideas folks of a little technique that flashes up a Thanks .. Done message over the top.
Any help would be great ... we've got to improve this stuff

Hi, In addition to the Idarktech Solution: http://idarktech.com/jotform/popup/test_jotform_popup.html
I think Adding a clear Form Button Will helps you.
So that after the Thank you window close, Clicking on the Clear Form Button will clear your forms.
Hope this helps you.
Let us know if you need further assistance.

Thanks for the suggestion. I appreciate it.
However, it is not user friendly ... no one's going to come back to a form ... see it pre-filled .. and think "Ooh I'll just go to the bottom of the form to clear it."
I'd expect zero uptake of the suggestion ... humans just wouldn't do what you want. it needs to be automated
It's also too close to the submit form ... you can see trigger-finger people accidentally clearing a completed form ... its totally asking for trouble.
If you have to rely on the user to do the work ... you've blown it.

You can use the form source code and add the function below in the submit button to clear the form upon submitting the form.
The code would look like something below
<button id="input_2" type="submit" onclick="this.form.reset()">Submit</button>
