    I’m trying to upgrade my account and it won’t let me

    May you please provide more details about the issue? 

    For example, if you're getting an error message at the moment of upgrading. 

    I would also recommend you to try clearing your browser cache and try upgrading again, if the problem persists, please let us know the payment method you're using and the plan you're trying to upgrade.
