Not receiving the test link

    I am trying to connect paypal to my form 4th of July Treats

    I am not receiving the test link to my email to complete the process.

    Hello! As far as I know, Jotform does not send any test link during the connection process. Looks like you might be expecting an email from Paypal.

    PayPal Business integration that you're using requires you to have a Paypal Business account. If you do not currently have a Paypal Business account, Paypal might be trying to convert your existing account to a Business account. If this is what you're experiencing, I'll suggest you to get in touch with Paypal support regarding this.
