    Please try setting your Sender E-mail to noreply@jotform.com and see if it resolves the issue.

    If you are still having trouble receiving the email notification, please contact us again.

    I will try...but this is for RESERVATION REQUEST that comes to me as the manager...or our reservations email account.
    What about the actual sender? they are not getting confirmation emails either...
    I know because I tested using my personal email when I filled out the form.....
    Thus I should get two emails - 1. going to the reservations email account letting me know that I have a new submission....2. the email confirmation from the sender (in this case me again)... but did not get ANY emails.

    @CasaP,

    I have submitted your form and I get the Autoresponder. The email delivery should be fine with the noreply@jotform.com sender.

    Plese check the form once again.

    @Kreddin,

    You will need to use the same solution, switch the Email Notification / Autoresponder to our recommended sender noreply@jotform.com. You can still use the custom email as Reply-to address.

    In the first place, the problem is related to the fact that some users abused the email sending feature, so that our mail service was added to some email blacklists. Now we are working on resolving this issue.

    The solution is to use mentioned noreply sender, in this case we will use another route to send the emails.

    Thank you.

    Thank you for your email support and online chat support....very quick responses...and greatly appreciated.
    However, I have made all the changes as indicated using the noreply address for the auto responder to submitters and for the confirmation email sent to me. That seemed to work for the most part.
    AND... I have also whitelisted ALL of the domains jotform seems to be using.
    However, my issue now seems - that while it worked yesterday....it is NOT working today...or at least the submissions are not going through in a timely manner.
    (I have submitted a test and STILL waiting for the emails to come this morning)
    (I use another simple form on another page - I havent converted to jotform yet...and it goes thru immediately)
    ** BTW all the tests that I did yesterday that 'I was not getting' and precipitated contacting support FINALLY did come through almost 24hours later.
    I have been using jotform for almost a year with no problems and using it as my online reservation form...but when a timely response to a submission is of utmost importance in closing a deal....I can not afford to wait 24hours to receive an email from potential clients.
    I know that the online tech guy said yesterday that there is a known issue with GOOGLE servers and jotform..... is this going to be rectified soon? or will this be a permanant issue forcing users to drop jotform??
    Please advise.
    Thank you.
    Eric
    PS- this whole issue of having your users to go in and change their forms due to a known issue affecting so many...it would have been nice to receive an email alert! or some sort of notification that there might be a problem with "our forms" and we suggest making the following changes.....
    Instead of having clients go into a panic, waste time figuring out what the problem is...contacting web host company etc etc just to find out that it was an issue already known to jotform and that you had a work around.

    Hi Eric,

    Our developers are doing their best to resolve our Mail System problem. So far, your email address is not listed in our bounce list. But to prevent further problems with not receiving email notifications from your forms, please consider the following changes to your current settings:

    For Email Notification, set it like this:

    For Auto Responder:

    Note, "Test Email" button will give you an error that your email address is blocked. Please kindly disregard as it is a part of this mail system problem. Your email is good upon checking. But, if you have any other email address that is set as the form recipient, please let us know so we can check if they have been landed to our bounce list and so we can remove.

    We'll keep you updated if everything will be fully restored.

    Thanks for your understanding.
