Has anyone else had lack of technical support from Jotform Support?

    I have a case pending since May 2 2020, and they have "escalated" the issue, with no one giving me an estimate on th fix, or any update.

    Has anyone sensed there is a lack of technical support from this company?

    I paid for the Gold Version Subscription, the highest one, and the lack of support is now unbearable.
