Email Notifications Not Being Received

    On two of our forms, Private Event Information Request and Quiz For a Cause Information Request, email notification Eric Kohen ( is not being received. The issue has only been since today. He is still receiving notifications on other forms he is setup to get.

    We have already removed him from a form notification and re-added him and he is not receiving new submissions. There are no filters on his inbox and it is not being sent to either spam or trash. Other members of the company are not reporting any issues. We all use Google Apps for our email account.

    Hello and we do apologize about this. The problem is happening because of an issue we had earlier today with our Notification System. Our Developers are are of the problem and are working around the clock to fix it asap so until then it is recommend that you switch your configuration to the default with your email as the reply-to setting under that if you haven't done so already.
