Is it possible to import data into Dynamic Dropdown widget as a dropdown option?

 hi Guys

quick question

on my forms i have data that uses the stored data via a dropdown.

on some occasions the info may not be there because its new info.

when i come across this i have to come out of the form and go into the development side to add data.

is it possible to manually input data that then upload to drop down or can i have a separate form that i can enter the data that is linked to the dropdown.

hope that not to confusing they way i have written it down.

the example would be from my form 

truck type (dropdown - opctions) as a list of truck makers but sometime the name adding if not there.

Unfortunately, the only way to add the data into your Dynamic Dropdown widget is by editing the form via form builder.
