How can I set up my stripe account ?

    I'm looking to ensure that our stripe account is properly set up. We have had issues with potential registrants not being able to put in their credit card information.

    Our apologies for any inconvenience caused. What kind of error are your clients getting when they try to enter a credit card on the form? What kind of device are they using?

    I was told that their security code kept being marked as invalid and not
    accepting payment.

    Hi,

    May we know which form is having an issue with the Stripe Integration so we can further check. Also, can you try reintegrating stripe payment method, and see if that would at least help?

    Currently all of the Jorforms we have in our account have the same stripe.
    We copied each beginning with the "SPF20 FORM JULY 27th - 31st."
    The issue was that they kept receiving an error message regarding their
    credit card security code.

    I have checked the stripe configuration on your form and they are all connected properly on Live Mode.  I have tested Stripe on a clone of your form and it did work fine. 

    Are your forms embedded on a website? What browser was your client using? On what type of device was he/she trying to submit the form? Are people still having issues with your form?

    Please let us know, we will be glad to investigate further.

    It's saying something about an API key being expired. This was on the July
    13th-17th form. I know that the 3-week registration form is working
    properly. I have attached a picture.

    Try disconnecting and reconnecting your Stripe account to the payment widget; it should automatically update the API Key.
