My payment form that I made using a jotform template isn't accepting credit card numbers, expiration dates, security numbers, etc. Clients can enter their names, billing addresses, etc but not their credit card details.

Can you help me correct whatever the problem is please?

    Thanks for your time.

    Hello Heather,

We do apologize for the inconvenience that you are experiencing.

I have tested the form that is embedded in the website that you have shared with us and I was unable to replicate the issue that you are mentioning.

When I enter my information into the Credit Card details, I am able to do so without any issues. As you can see in the following screenshot of your form:

Can you kindly confirm with us if this issue is still occurring?

If so, may we please know what browser you are using when this occurs to you?

We look forward to your response.

Thanks for following up with me. In fact, after I posted my support query I
managed to fix the problem. It turns out I'd neglected to embed the actual
html code for the form on my website and instead I'd copied and pasted the
    preview of the form.
