    Why have you decided suddenly to block my email address?

    Today I entered and undertook some changes and tried to send a test email to check out results of my editing and lo and behold a nsaty message comes up saying that my email address margaritabiz@outlook.com is blocked by you!

    Please UNBLOCK it immediately as this is my main email address.

    I entered my second email address to avoid not receiving emails from my Jotformz.

     

    I am a paying customer and up to now a very happy one at that!

    Hi Douglas,

    Please accept our sincere apologies for the inconveniences caused.

    We were forced to temporarily disable the email sending for email alerts with custom sender addresses. The problem is caused by some users that abused the email sending option, so that our mailing services were added to some mail blacklists. Now we are working on fixing this issue.

    For now, please switch your Email Notifications and Autoresponders to our recommended sendernoreply@jotform.com.

    Note: You can still use custom email as Reply-to Email. 

    For Email Notification, set it like this:

    For Auto Responder:

    This will switch the sending method to another source, and it is supposed to be more reliable.

    Dear Welvin,
    Thank you for the info and have changed settings per your advice and hope all works well now. If you recommend leaving settings this way I shall probably do so to ensure permanent smooth operations.

    Hi! I'm Having the same problem. I already changed sender to noreply@jotform.com, but still blocked. My email is andre@pltk.com.br

    I have been battling away with this too and still receive answer as BLOCKED EMAIL. Ny the way, it`s noreply@jotform.com...
    Things have happened before and they always respond well so I think soon solved..

    There appears to be a system wide issue with email addresses being blocked/blacklisted by Amazon. I have just sent an urgent message to our developers about it. We hope to get this sorted out ASAP.

    @everyone

    We'll check to see if your default email address (the one associated with your JotForm account) is on our bounce list but please let us know of any other email addresses which are not receiving notifications, so that we can remove those from the list as well.

    In your notifications, set the Sender E-mail to noreply@jotform.com and the Reply-to E-mail to the Email field that's on the form, as in the screenshot below (assuming the email field is labelled "E-mail"):
