    Email Notification Problems - not recieving alerts

    Hi

     

    Suddenly we have stopped receiving email notification on all our jot forms.Any reason for this?

    Hi @gadgetrehab

    Please accept our sincere apologies for the inconveniences caused.

    We were forced to temporarily disable the email sending for email alerts with custom sender addresses. The problem is caused by some users that abused the email sending option, so that our mailing services were added to some mail blacklists. Now we are working on fixing this issue.

    For now, please switch your Email Notifications and Autoresponders to our recommended sendernoreply@jotform.com.

    Note: You can still use custom email as Reply-to Email. 

    For Email Notification, set it like this:

    For Auto Responder:

    This will switch the sending method to another source, and it is supposed to be more reliable.

    I had followed your steps but still faced the same problem here.

    The email addresss is blocked by Jotform,
    please contact us.

    Appriciated if you can solve this issue as soon as possible.

    @gadgetrehab,

    Yes, you should get a notification via this thread.

    That should work. Can you please let us know the form URL? Please make sure to "Live Test" the form. Test Email Button will not work as it prompted you with a message that your email address is blocked.

    Welvin, I have several Jotforms and URLs that are not working. I have already live tested the form and still no notification. Please help - when is this issue likely to be resolved?

    It does say that "this email is being blocked by Jot Form." We have a professional account and have several forms, but here is the URL to one of them: http://form.jotformpro.com/form/30806591984969.  As far as I can tell, all of are forms, and all of are various emails associated with the different forms, are being blocked.

    Hi @gadgetrehab,

    I have several Jotforms and URLs that are not working. I have already live tested the form and still no notification. 

    -I have already removed your email address our bounce list so it should now work fine again. If you have another email address as the form recipient, please let us know as well so we can check and remove them from our bounce list, if they have been listed there.

    Please help - when is this issue likely to be resolved?

    -Our developers are doing their best to resolve this problem as quickly as possible. I guess they are close enough to restore everything. Still, we need your patience and understanding.

     

    Again, please give me a list of all the email address that currently used as the email recipient of your forms. You can send them to support@jotform.com. Let us know when you've send them already so we can check.
