Unable to see updates on the form

    I tried enabling and disabling the encryption, but it doesn't change anything.

    How do we uninstall and install a new key to access a form?

    We look forward to solve this issue asap. 

    I will try to work on it browsing the help and assistance from this site, If I can make it, I will let you know, but if you don't hear from me, I will need the assistance.

    We need to get that done before we get another referral and we lose the info.
