Unable to view encrypted submissions after disable encryption

Hi, we have a few submissions encrypted, we disabled the encrypt settings in the main settings and in the form settings and still can't see the submissions unencrypted.

Is there a way to have that data unencrypted? Do we have to activate the encrypted settings again so we can recreate the key?

Apologies for the inconvenience, once a form is encrypted, the only way to view it is to use the private key.

You may need to enable the encryption again to view the previous encrypted submission perhaps download that decrypted data into an excel file and disable the encryption after.
