Create a link to help/guide on filling out the form on each question

Hi, I want to create a link to help/guide on filling out the form on each question. How can this be done?

Here are two ways you can achieve this:

I- You can add a link as you mentioned above by using the Paragraph element

1- Add the paragraph element to your form

2- Add the link

II- Use an iframe to show the instructions withing the form: https://www.jotform.com/widgets/iframe-embed. You can also use the PDF Embedder: https://www.jotform.com/help/153-How-to-Display-a-PDF-Document-on-Your-Form.
