Yesterday I mistakenly allowed encryption on my forms and someone signed up and now I cannot read his submission form. I have checked NO on the encryption again and cleared my cache, but I still get the encrypted form when I click it. Can you help me read it? I do not want anything encrypted at this time. Thanks in advance!

Unfortunately, the only way to view the encrypted submission is with the private key.
I would advise to disable the form encryption if you have not saved your private key so that new submissions will not be encrypted. However it is not possible to recover the encrypted submission.
For more information regarding encryption, you can check this guide:https://www.jotform.com/help/344-Encrypted-Forms-and-How-to-Use-Them
