I have deleted all the forms in the inboxes (it says one in each below but when I click to go to the inbox it says 0 submissions) and yet my clients are still unable to submit forms. Why is this??

I have refreshed your upload space, and your account is now active. I suggest you clear the trash folder on your JotForm inbox to completely delete the uploaded files.
