Will sharing a form use limits from my account?

Hello, when I share a form with someone (i am on Bronze, they are on the free account) , are they able to fill out that form as many times as the free account lets them or do I have to share each time?

If you share a form using a form URL, your users don't need to have an account to fill the form. They will be able to fill the form as many times as limits on your account allow.

The same is applied if you have assigned a form.
