My account was suspended

    please this is the second time my account is suspended can u please help. my office needs to be sure this work meet office goal so we can get the pro version 

    please help reactivate it as we need it urgently

    Your account has been suspended due to the forms with ID 201616978778574 and 201618311945048. Both of them use copyright logo and account uses no corporate domain email either:

    Hi, Niko I just sent a follow-up mail. I work with this company and intend to use this forms for productivity. however, I can take out the logo so we could continue the trial and see how effective it is so we then move to the paid version

    This is my company logo and am using it for the company
    what would u advice me do unfortunately i have sent out the link to members
    of staff for use so we try its functionality and see if we can get the
    payed version

    2. Your website or proof of affiliation to a legitimate institution.
