PayPal Business not processing credit card payments: "payee not enabled for card processing"

    Created Jotform with a PayPal business payment option. When people choose to pay by credit card. The payment box has two options..

    Debit or credit card 


    if they choose the Debit or credit card option it allows them to out in all their card info and once they hit submit they get a message that reads..."payee not enabled for card processing"

    I found an article that gives step by step instructions on how to enable Payment authorization but the option it reads to change does not exist (Additional Gatway settings, authorization only option)

    In the meantime, may be you can clone the form and try using a PayPal Checkout payment field on the form, which also allows payment via card and PayPal.

    Same problem here, biz account but it giving an error..."payee not enabled for card processing". any solution to this?

    You're still using PayPal Business as the payment integration for your form.

    Please use PayPal Checkout payment integration instead.

    Please give it a try and let us know how it goes.
