Why am I not able to search for names on the inbox?

Why am I not able to search for names on in the inbox?  I am getting the message:  "You don’t have permission to view submissions."

Kindly go to your account settings https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/settings and uncheck the "Require login to see submissions" then try viewing your submissions again.
