Unfortunately, I am having problems with my form email submission. The answer fields for the checkboxes are not being recorded on my email submission from customers. The checkbox fields are the most crucial data collected from my form and would be great to see easily and conveniently via my email.
In my attachment, I have included a screenshot of my email I received from test submitting my form. I had checked several of the checkboxes, but the email did not display my selections.

I have corrected this to your current form notification. They are not coming because of the wrong fields tags from the settings. You have modified the current layout and cross the tags from its original field.
Please kindly test again and let us know if there are still missing data.
