How Save a photo in original PDF

I need to add pictures to the original PDF, but I don't see the add pdf button to add.

How it can be done.

I am using HIPPA forms

Thank you for your message.

At the moment is not possible to add an image to the Original PDF form, my recommendation, if you are using a static image, you can add the image directly to the original PDF then upload the file and create the form.
