What are the primary difference between each of the different PayPal form integrations?

We are having trouble with a form and PayPal business.  We can get one of our business accounts to connect without issue.  We get stuck in a loop with PayPal asking us to verify the majority interest parties in the company when we try to use the account we want to be associated with the form.  PayPal has been of no help.  

Can you explain to use the primary difference between each of the different PayPal form integrations that are offered?  We are selling a VERY simple product and just need a convenient way to accept an order and process payment via PayPal.

Each service offered by PayPal has a method of processing the payments and it may include varying of transaction charges, how they can be integrated with other applications, and other benefits based on the service being used.
