HIPAA Compliant Forms

    We recently upgraded our account to Silver for HIPAA compliant forms. I had set the form to encrypted due to the nature of the form (payment integration with Authorize.net) but while setting up the form in the HIPAA Wizard, it had me remove the encryption.

    Do I need to add the encryption back on? If not, how will this affect the way submissions are received and viewed? Please advise, thanks!

    Hi Melissa,

    Form Encryption feature is not yet supported on HIPAA account. This was the reason Form Encryption feature had to be off when you upgraded to HIPAA enabled account.

    Please take note that HIPAA forms are already using encryption by default.

    For HIPAA forms, you can choose which fields you can remove the protection with.
