Moving forms and responses to a new account

    Greetings, we will be splitting our practice next month and I need to move some of the forms over to a new account that I will be creating soon.  Is there an easy way to do that?  I don't want to have to re-create new forms again in the new account.

    You can request our support team to move the forms for you. In order to do that, we need you to provide us the form IDs and the username of the destination account.
