Upload pictures problem

    Hello,


    Clients are uploading photos to the JotForm but when I try to open them on a desktop or phone, it shows the screen that says "Whoops..."


    How can we fix this?

    Hello Lori,

    You are seeing this error due to the privacy settings below in your account:

    You will need to be logged into your JotForm account on the device that you are viewing OR disable these options in order to view/download the uploads received on your email.

    Thank you. I will change my settings. May I ask another question? Is there
    a jotform upload limit? I received an email stating l reached my max and
    that my forms would be disabled by tmrw at 12pm if I dont pay monthly? Does
    this sound correct to you?
