Inbox shows error message, whether there are items in the inbox or not

    I have this same issue even when I'm fully logged in. The inbox shows the same error message whether there are items in the inbox or not. Is there a different login or set up for HIPPA that fixes this?

    Hello @Boyd_Donna

    There isn't a different login for HIPAA accounts. You should be able to see your submissions as long as you're logged in to the account.

    Could you test it again, either using a different web browser or, if not possible, under incognito mode to see if that helps?
