Form is making registrants sign up for JotForm all of a sudden?!

    hi, I'm in need of some URGENT help with a sudden issue.

    I tested this form and the links before sending out to a large group of people, and everything was working fine. No one has touched it and now, all of a sudden, it won't load properly and is making people sign into JotForm?! I have clients using this and it looks extremely unprofessional- I have a paid account so I didn't think this would occur.


    Please help me fix this ASAP.


    they should be seeing my registration page, the URL below, but the attachment is what they ACTUALLY are seeing.

    As we check your JotForm using the direct link, it is displaying the form normally.

    Could you let us know how the form is shared with your users? Generally, if you have assigned the form to the users or sent an invitation it may be asking to register with JotForm to access the form.
