Lost a form.

    Hello,

    I'm looking for my form: https://www.jotform.com/200234919018046

    According to system this form was deleted, but I did not delete it. Please, could you verify what happened?

    It shows in your account history that your form has been deleted last March 10, 2020. Please note that when you delete a form, it temporarily goes to trash folder and form that is in your trash folder will be permanently deleted after 30 days.

    Unfortunately, there's no way to restore forms that has been purged from trash folder.
