Can't log in to my account

    Dear team,

    Suddenly, I can't log in to my account in Jotform and it somehow affecting the form that I had created.

    Kindly need your advise on this.

    Unfortunately, your account has been suspended due to Copyright Infringement of the LOGO:


    This is a violation of the Terms of Use. more of it here:

    I will be reactivating the account but kindly remove the logo on all of your forms to avoid suspension, or, if you truly are Authorized for using it, kindly provide us with documentation.
